Po pe\u010dliv\u00e9m zv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed, jak nalo\u017eit s finan\u010dn\u00edmi dary z\u00edskan\u00fdmi od p\u0159\u00e1tel, kamar\u00e1d\u016f, spolk\u016f, firem a akc\u00ed podporuj\u00edc\u00edch Ad\u00e1mka, jsme se rozhodli pro cvi\u010debn\u00ed koncept BDA, kter\u00fd dopln\u00ed zaveden\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed, ergoterapii a zrakovou stimulaci. Za\u010d\u00e1tkem z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed Ad\u00e1mek spolu s rodi\u010di absolvoval v Praze prvn\u00ed kurz BDA. Terapeuti ze Srbska mu po komplexn\u00ed diagnostice vypracovali pl\u00e1n cvik\u016f pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed.Po dva dny jsme se my rodi\u010de tyto cviky u\u010dili. Jedn\u00e1 se o 8 speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een\u00fdch cvik\u016f, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bli p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovlivnit celkovou stabilitu Ad\u00e1mkova t\u011bla. Cviky na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed pohyblivosti p\u00e1te\u0159e, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 zak\u0159iven\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e. Cviky na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed objemu a integrity hrudn\u00edku zlep\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed funkci d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a cviky pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 postaven\u00ed ky\u010dl\u00ed. Cvi\u010d\u00ed se 5x t\u00fddn\u011b, v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne podle Ad\u00e1mkovy n\u00e1lady. Jeden cvik zabere 15-20 minut.BDA terapie vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159i cvi\u010den\u00ed mechanickou stimulaci pomoc\u00ed tlaku a pohybu s vyu\u017eit\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch velikost\u00ed m\u00ed\u010dk\u016f a jin\u00fdch pom\u016fcek na r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla.
